This Davis home is set unusually far back from the street, which presented the opportunity to create a native plant garden with meandering paths and a peaceful atmosphere. Shallow bioswales were also introduced to provide visual interest and retain runoff on site as much as possible. Craggy boulders anchor the plantings, while seasonal blooms invite pollinators to forage and nap.
